課程目的
這門課程主要的目的在從人類學的觀點研究當代漢人社會現象。希望同學在閱讀教材時，能同時思考以下的問題：
＊ 當代漢人社會有什麼特色？與過去究竟有何不同？
＊ 漢人文化有什麼特質？什麼因素使它變遷（或不變）？變遷後的文化又具有什麼樣的形式？
＊ 人類學的觀點對漢人社會文化能夠提供什麼新的理解？
＊ 人類學與當代社會的關係
